What to do if my account is compromised ?

If you have facing a security breach might affect your account and assets, then we recommend you the following guidance steps:

 

  1. Submit a Ticket to our support desk to take a precaution step by freezing your account to disable any further access ahead.
  2. Start your initial investigations of the potential breach sources such as; the owners of your account credentials, your devices security...etc.
  3. If not success; raise a police case to the nearest relative authority toward an illegal access to your account and assets, meanwhile; ADAX's legal team will be happy to assist in full cooperation with your respective authorities by providing any necessary account details and activity tracking records.
