Why can not login to my account ?

If you are trying to log in to your ADAX's account with correct credentials as you believe with no luck to log in successfully, then choose one of the following most compitable action:

 

  1. Try to change your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" over the sign in page, an email with reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
  2.  Review your input (email, password, 2FA) and make sure your credentials are fully correct.
  3. Submit a Ticket to our support team through the Support Center.
