Why i was rejected from account upgrade ?

It shall be for many reasons, but most-likely shall be due to:


  1. your verification process and upgrade request is not completed successfully, so; you need to re-apply considering the correction required.
  2. otherwise, we are applying a restrict compliance policy in accordance to international risk management standards and market practices which might restrict the upgrade process for some users or even prevent account opening process from time to time, pkease keep yourself updated of any changes by reviewing our Terms of Service's changes and updates while it's variable terms; it can be changed at any time according to business and regulatory requirements.
