How can I upgrade my account to higher account level?

You can go to Menu > Account > then select “Get Verified” or "Upgrade" option then fill out the required information, once we receive your upgrade request then we will start our due diligence process to verify and upgrade your account eligibility while mostly it’s taking one week during normal market circumstances.
